Return Conditions:
- Returns: If the purchased item is in new, unworn condition with intact tags, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct traditional exchange services. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product following the return policy for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Return Process:
- Log in to your account: Please log in to your Sureway Work Boots account and select the order that includes the item you want to return. Follow the instructions on the page to generate a return form.
- Select the return method: Any item purchased on the Sureway website can be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused or lightly used condition. We do not accept returns for customized waterproof pants, dirty, damaged, or worn-out products. If any of these conditions are present in the received item, it will be returned. Please include all original tags and packaging. We will initiate the return process within two business days upon receiving the information. Once we receive your return tracking number, we will process your refund within one business day. Funds will be returned to your account within 7-15 days after our approval.
Return Packaging:
If the item you are returning includes a shoebox, please do not use the shoebox as the shipping packaging. To be able to resell the item, we need to keep the original packaging intact. Returned items received in marked or damaged shoeboxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this situation, please place the return item in a box or wrap it in packaging material to ensure safety during transportation. Additional packaging material costs are not eligible for reimbursement, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
